Jenn Ditzhazy (00:00.302)
Hello and good morning and welcome to this episode of Receive. am your host, Jen D'Ceasy, and I am a premier transformation coach for women where I support women in manifesting really the greatest lives that they possibly can. And this morning I come to you from a beautiful fall day in San Diego, which means it's still really warm at 5 30 a.m.
I've turned off all the lights in the downstairs of my house and I have just a candle going and so it's really cozy and I'm loving it and I'm loving getting to be here with you this morning and what I want to share this morning is a Concept that I've actually never shared publicly and it's something I've been thinking about a lot over the past year and It's this concept that I'm referring to as soft power and the soft power revolution
And I'll get more into that, but I want to share a little bit of context of how I came to this idea, because I think it's really helpful to understand. And over the past couple of years that I've had this business, that I've been working in this capacity, running manifestation programs, things like that, I have learned a tremendous amount from working with women and also through my own education of I'm constantly on.
the leading edge of whatever it is that I'm teaching, meaning I'm always taking the most recent courses. I'm learning from the best people in the space because I believe that that's my duty to serve at the highest level that I possibly can. I also love it. So that's, it's easy, right? When two things that you love go together. So what I have seen is that over the last year, I've really been getting very, very clear on this idea of soft power and the soft power revolution.
And what it is is really that over the past 100, 200 years, we as a society have really focused on the masculine strategies for creation and manifestation. And that is, you can think of like the industrial revolution. I feel like that kind of encapsulates it where it's like working long hours, it's forcing, it's hustling, it's proving. It is this energy of do more, do more, do more. And
Jenn Ditzhazy (02:11.08)
That is something that is a very, very masculine approach and it works. It completely works. But the flip side of it is that it often leaves people burned out. leaves people searching for a deeper sense of fulfillment. It leaves people feeling never enough. It leaves people feeling like they have to sacrifice their mental and physical health in order to achieve the levels of success that they desire. And
What I'm sharing with you, the soft power revolution and the soft power principle is really the feminine way of manifesting and creating in your life. And I have so many chills as I'm sharing this right now, because I think it's just so, so crucial that we reestablish this balance between the feminine and the masculine. I'm not saying throw out.
the ability to hustle and create in that way. But what I'm saying is there's another way and that this other way could actually get you significantly farther as a feminine energy being. So the feminine soft power principle is really about feminine influence. It's about feminine magnetism and it's about co-creating with unseen forces of the universe.
that are significantly more powerful and all-knowing than the limited capacity of our logical mind. The masculine is very much about creating from that logical mind. And that's amazing and that's beautiful. And that has a rightful place in our society. I firmly believe that we need both. And I believe that understanding what your gifts are and what your essence is and the living in alignment with that is going to create a significantly harm...
significantly more harmonious society than trying to fit yourself into a box that was never made for you. And personally, as someone who considers myself to be a feminine being, also being a projector in human design with a really specific human design type and chart and things like that, this is how I live my life. And as a
Jenn Ditzhazy (04:20.358)
as I have lived more and more in alignment with this soft power revolution, the more I have found deeply fulfilling relationships, the more I have been guided to deep wisdom, fulfillment, purpose, wealth, abundance, connection, intimacy, friendships. My entire life has quantum leaped as I have lived in alignment with this.
because I truly believe we are here to live in alignment with the highest essence of who we came here to be. And we all came here with different makeups, energetic makeups, human design makeups, feminine and masculine balances. the reason we came here with those different makeups is because we're all meant to express very unique gifts in the world. And I believe that a better understanding of this soft power
will allow you to manifest things into your life significantly more joyfully, more easily and more completely than if you are to go about it in a way that is not in alignment with your true essence and your true divinity. Okay? So let's talk about this soft power. So soft power really is what I described as the feminine form of influence. It's influencing people, outcomes, experiences. It's influencing yourself.
It's influencing your entire life in a way that is rooted in how the feminine operates. And it's rooted in love. It's rooted in collaboration, receptivity, inner architecture. You know, I think that as we talk about the rise of the feminine and the rise of these feminine principles, we think that means a clash, right? But that's not how the feminine operates. The feminine is not competitive. The feminine is collaborative at her core.
Right, think back to Hunter and Gatherers where the feminine all day was spending time together. They were caring for one another's children. They were sharing foods, things like that. We're highly collaborative at our nature. It is when we get out of alignment that we become competitive. When we feel like resources are scarce, whether those are men, whether those are finances, whether those are jobs, whether those are clients.
Jenn Ditzhazy (06:37.698)
That's when we become competitive. go into our masculine when we want to protect ourselves. And the more that we can lean into the truths of the universe, the more that we can believe in a force beyond ourselves, the more that we can soften into our feminine and soften into the soft power.
So it's receptive and it's all based on your inner architecture. It's based on your inner landscape and your inner world of your beliefs, your identity, your subconscious operating systems. It is based on what you're believing about yourself, what you're believing about the world at large and that inner architecture that you create, right? I'm seeing this like building of this beautiful castle within, right? Like a white radiant golden castle.
Yours could be multicolored, whatever you want, within yourself. And that creates the sanctuary within. And I consider that, what I call that is the sanctuary life. It's living from a place of such deep alignment, harmony, heart, courage, resonance, and truth, that your inner world becomes a sanctuary, where you no longer need to go on your phone and scroll to escape the uncomfortable feelings that arise.
when someone doesn't text you back or you don't get a job opportunity, you have this inner sanctuary where you know that you can handle the tidal wave of all of your emotions, all of your feelings, and all of the external experiences that happen in your life, whether they be what you want or what you don't want, because you have this inner strength that is this inner sanctuary. And that's really what soft power is based on, is building your inner architecture.
so strong and so powerful that you are able to soften into the edges and the rough spots of life. Yeah, I know, I know, I know, I know. It gives me such chills talking about this. I literally love it because the old paradigm as we talked about is this feeling of needing to hustle, of prove, of sacrificing your inner peace for success, wealth and survival.
Jenn Ditzhazy (08:50.434)
when there is another way we've just forgotten it. And this other way is this co-creation. It is building your inner sanctuary so that way your outer reality reflects that in your life. Your outer reality reflects the harmony within, like a calm pond. Something I've found very interesting is that as I've coached many, many women, what I've seen is that a lot of women, when I ask them, I'm like, what is the core thing that you really want?
Like if you could have anything, then oftentimes they'll think for a second and they'll kind of give me this look like, huh. And then they'll have this little aha moment. And what they say nine times out of 10 is truthfully, I just want peace. want to feel peace inside of myself because I know that that will positively impact my world, my children, my career, my life, how I handle situations, how I handle fires that arise.
Peace. And that's what soft power is. We know on an intuitive level that that is our core essence. Dr. David Hawkins, if you ever read the book, let it go. You will love it. It's so good. And it so aligns with this whole idea of soft power. He talks about how our true nature is peace. And so what these women in all these coaching sessions are really saying to me is I want to get back to my true essence. I want to get back to what it really means to be me.
And that is soft power. So soft power is how we create outcomes in a way that aligns with what we truly want. It's how we influence the world around us in a powerful yet soft way, in a way that magnetizes and attracts and inspires and moves and co-creates versus forces. Because soft power is love. It is rooted in love of self.
It is rooted in love of the other because what it is is this recognition that everything is a reflection of ourselves and our internal world. And so when we reject, when we judge the things outside of us, what we are really doing is we are rejecting and we are judging ourselves. And so soft power is really about, it's not being passive. It's not sitting back and waiting for life to happen to you. I do not believe in that at all. I believe we are here.
Jenn Ditzhazy (11:17.688)
to engage with life in the fullest capacity, it's about being actively receptive. So I think about this journey I've been on over the last year where I've really wanted to do a rebrand in my business. The messaging that I have, the earlier pieces of marketing material and things like that that I created in my business, they don't feel in alignment anymore. And I've really been, I would say it's been about a year where I've really been mulling over this.
and thinking about it, right? And what I realized is I didn't need to think about it. I just have to allow the ideas. have to put myself in places with people who inspire me, where I can create space in my meditations to receive the ideas of what I'm meant to create in this world. So that's the difference. The masculine is more of pushing forward. Masculine power is pushing and going, regardless of what the inner state is. It's like the warrior.
The warrior is not like, my God, how do I feel on the inside? No, that would not work. So the masculine has developed very different characters and attributes. The feminine though is more about receiving that insight and intuition. it makes me think of, the name is escaping me right now. It makes me think of the, oracles. That's the word that I'm thinking of. The oracles.
Like the Oracle of Delphi, who she used to sit in this cave and she would basically sit there and people would come to her and they would talk to her and they would ask her for insights and intuition and things like that. And she's sitting there and just receiving this divine guidance that she's able to share with people, right? And then those people can go and act on it. And that's the same thing for ourselves. The more that we allow ourselves to be a channel for intuition, for guidance, because as feminine beings, we are naturally more connected to our intuition.
to the unseen forces of the world, to the unseen forces of the universe, to that guidance. We are that receptive force. Then we are able to go out and act upon those things versus just acting and spinning our wheels without that divine guidance and that insight first. And I really wanna clarify something here because I think a lot of people get confused with this. I had a client yesterday.
Jenn Ditzhazy (13:38.752)
say how she's starting a health coaching business and she's like, you know, but I haven't really done anything because I'm just not clear on the path. And I think we oftentimes think I need clarity before I can act when in reality, what we need to do is we need to act on the minimal amount of clarity that we have in that moment. Because truthfully, you're never going to have full clarity on a large vision until you start executing on it.
Right? You're never going to have clarity on the type of man you want to be with until you date some men, until you meet some people, until you have some experiences and see some relationships. The same is true for a business. Right? I just share it. I've spent the last year shifting and changing what it is that I want my business to be because I've gained new insights and ideas. Does it mean that I stopped doing anything? Obviously not. You don't sit back and wait. You act with the knowledge and the wisdom that you have. And the more that you do that,
the more rapidly and quickly that you will begin to receive insights and inspiration. So what is soft power based on? So soft power really is the principles and the tools through which you create your life. And I know this can feel kind of like a, a large concept as we start to dive into it. And I'd like to keep digging into it more and more over the weeks that come, but really it's about first working on your inner architecture.
Right? That's your subconscious mind. That's your nervous system. That's your identity. It's what you believe about the world. It's what you believe about yourself. It's what you believe about your partner, your children, about money. Your inner architecture is what is reflected out. I always say this, but your reality is a hall of mirrors. You're literally walking around seeing a mirrored reflection of yourself, of your beliefs.
imprinted on your reality. And it's honestly so wild to me how rapidly things change as you begin to shift your inner architecture. So I want to give an example to illustrate how powerful our inner architecture is. So I have this wonderful, amazing client and she was telling me, she was asking me for advice on something and she was asking me for advice on this pattern that she keeps experiencing. It's basically a pattern of she'll make money and then she'll feel like she has bills that come up and she'll have to spend that money.
Jenn Ditzhazy (16:01.106)
And I told her, was like, you know, I am only able to receive insight and guidance to you of the level that you're able to receive it. So I can never give you guidance. And this is true for any teacher or mentor or psychic that you may go to. I'm not psychic. I'm just giving that as an example, but it's true of any of them that what they are able to give you is limited by your own ability and your own consciousness of receiving in that moment in time.
So no one can ever give you more than you are able to actually receive. So if you feel like you're not getting any good advice, it's because you got to look within. so anyway, I, what I said to her basically was I was like, you know, the, the message that I keep getting every time that we've talked about this is that you have to take your focus off of that pattern. You're recreating this pattern over and over and over again by reiterating it and reliving it into your reality or you're re imprinting it.
And she told me the story of how she's like, my gosh, she's like, have chills right now because she's like, the other day I went into my house and one of my friends was there and her friend had been helping her with some stuff. And she walked into the house and she didn't even notice that this friend was there. She didn't even see the friend in her house. And she just walks past and she goes into her room. And the next day she comes out and she sees that her house has been cleaned.
and that it's been super cleaned because her friend had come over and as a favor for her, because she had done some things for the friend, she had cleaned her baseboard. She had cleaned her kitchen. She had done all this stuff to clean her house for her. So sweet. And she completely filtered it out of her reality. And I know that that seems like, wow, that's crazy that you could filter out an entire person, right? But we all do that every single day, every single day. I guarantee you are doing dozens of things.
just like that, you're filtering things out and you're filtering things in based on your inner architecture. And so that's why if we want to create a new reality, we need to be able to see the world differently. If we want to manifest a new kind of job, a new kind of business, a new level of wealth, a new kind of partnership, whether with our current partner, a new partner, we need to
Jenn Ditzhazy (18:20.842)
update our internal architecture because it is being reflected back to us over and over and over again until we learn those lessons. If you feel like, I always attract narcissistic partners or emotionally unavailable partners, that's because there's something within you that is printing that into your reality. And it's not a judgment. It's not a God, I suck. Like I need to stop doing that kind of thing. No, that does not help us. Right.
We have to raise our standards for how we speak to ourselves and how we treat ourselves internally. That's part of our inner architecture too. I have a whole, this is what I dedicate my work to is really shifting and changing this inner architecture. So the second part of creating this soft power is raising your standards to create a reality distortion field. So what's a reality distortion field? So there's stories of Steve Jobs. And when he was at Apple,
how he would go into a room and people were like, it was literally like reality became distorted when he entered the room because he would share ideas and they would be so preposterous to people at the time. They'd be so out there, yet somehow he would convince them that they were possible. And he did it through, I mean, the man was brilliant, right? But he did it through his sense of belief, his deep sense of certainty. He did it through his soft power, his...
influence his how he showed up, how he embodied, right? We are all unconsciously communicating things to people based off of the standards that we hold for ourselves. I saw, I think it was Cody Sanchez post something that she said, you know, I've never seen someone who was very physically fit, who wasn't also very disciplined in other areas of their life because it takes a lot of discipline to be really physically fit.
You know, and that same is true is that when we have high standards for ourselves, they will be reflected. And it doesn't have to be physical fitness. You know, that's not a goal for everybody, but our, standards that we hold for ourselves will be reflected over and over and over again in our reality. And they will create this reality distortion field. Steve jobs walked into the room knowing that he could influence people.
Jenn Ditzhazy (20:41.556)
knowing that he could get them to see things his way because he held the vision. He was the visionary. He could see beyond what existed in reality currently and he could create something that had never been created before. Right? All of Apple, Apple being the most successful company, I think in history, even today, I could be a little wrong, but I mean, that's pretty accurate. It's close enough.
was because of his ability to hold so strongly into what he believed that the fabric of reality literally bent and conformed to support what he believed. That's how powerful you are. My client who didn't see her friend in her house, that's how powerful she is. And that's what I said to her afterward. was like, you know, what's so cool about this story is I was like, you just illustrated your power. You illustrated how powerful you are at creating realities for yourself.
And if you flip that and you turn that into your ability to only see the things that you want and create the reality that you want, you're going to be unstoppable. And that's the truth. That's the truth. It also unlocks the soft power unlocks magnetic influence, right? That's what Steve Jobs, he was influential in such a powerful way. He drew opportunities, people, wealth, experiences, resources to him.
because of his belief, because of his inner architecture. And that's what living into this soft power, living into how the feminine is designed to work, into raising your standards, into raising what you believe about yourself and updating your inner architecture, you become influential in ways that are very unconscious. So there's a man that I've been dating and
He said to me, he's like, you know, when I first met you, he's like, I could tell that you were a woman that I had to really respect. And I was like, really, what do mean by that? And he's like, well, you know, he's like, I'll meet some women and he's like, I, just don't have the same level of respect for them as I do for you. And I was like, really, why is that? And he said, he's like, you know, it's because of the way that you carry yourself. It's the way you conduct yourself. He's like, it's the way that you walk into a room. And he's like, because you, you expect people to respect you.
Jenn Ditzhazy (23:08.044)
And I never, honestly, I never even really knew that about myself, but it's true. really do. I expect people to respect me. And as a result, I never ever get treated poorly. Like I can't think of the last time that I've really been treated poorly. I can't think of the last time that I met someone and they did it. They weren't very respectful to me, you know? And I had this teacher in college. was, she was a fricking icon.
And she was an O chem professor and chemistry is typically like a very male-dominated field. And she would open the doors to this 800 person lecture hall and she would walk in and she always wore these beautiful scarves. She always dressed so well. She would walk in the room and she wouldn't even say anything and people would become quiet. 800 people would quiet down. That was her reality distortion field. She believed so strongly that she commanded respect.
that she didn't need to say anything. And 800 17, 18, 19 year olds quieted down for her. And she'd walk up to the front of the classroom, she still wouldn't say anything. She'd write some random equation on the board and people would start raising their hands. Before she had even said anything, she commanded so much respect because of her internal beliefs. That's influence.
That is soft power. Man, I wonder what she's doing now. She was, she really was somebody who imprinted on me how I wanted to show up in the world because she commanded so much respect and she was beautiful and she was elegant and she was feminine. And she commanded all of this respect. You know, it's not even respect that we always have to command. Maybe it's that we want to have people listen to us.
One of my coaches said, she's like, you know, the reason people listen to me is because I expect people to listen to me. She's like, I know I'm the real deal. So obviously they listened to me. Our beliefs create everything. It's our internal architecture that creates this reality distortion field. Soft power also amplifies your creativity and your flow. Soft power is like this fertile.
Jenn Ditzhazy (25:25.154)
bed of soil that allows you to tap into limitless creativity, pleasure, joy, and receptivity because you're connected to all that is you're connected to the quantum field, the infinite. So how could you ever run out of ideas? Maybe you don't need more rest. Maybe what you need is to reconnect to your creativity. I woke up this morning at 4 a.m. so excited to get out of bed because I was so connected to my creativity when I woke up and I really just had
all of these ideas and they sat in bed for about 10 minutes and I just wrote down everything I want to share with this podcast. Crazy, right? I know and so much of what I'm saying, I'm like, this is some good stuff. Like I should write this down. It's really good because we all have access to this. Every single one of us has access to infinite ideas, experiences, creativity, limitlessness when we tap into it. And part of the way we tap into it,
is living in alignment with who we truly are. So, you know, I think that might be where I leave it at today. And I know this concept still might feel a little bit nebulous. And I want you to just kind of let it sit there and feel a little bit nebulous. Things don't have to always feel super concrete. They don't always have to feel, sometimes it's an energetic transmission and that's what it is. And you start to feel this soft power. You start to walk into a room and expect people to open the door for you.
you start to recognize that you're never gonna go on a date again where a man expects you to pay 50-50 because your presence is worth a thousand times the cost of that date.
Jenn Ditzhazy (27:11.32)
